These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Smarter Choice website, customer portal, and services operated by Smarter Choice Investment Holdings LLC (“Smarter Choice,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Smarter Choice Investment Holdings LLC is a financial technology and business education company. We are not a bank, lender, law firm, tax advisor, or government agency. “Smarter Intelligence” (SI) is our technology and product identity. Millionaire Mindsetters Technologies and Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation are separate entities.
Our content, tools, consultations, and readiness services are educational and administrative. They do not constitute legal, tax, mortgage, investment, or accounting advice. Decisions about eligibility, account opening, approvals, and credit reporting are made by financial institutions and other providers under their own terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Specific service scope, deliverables, prerequisites, timing, included and outside costs, and any required consultation are described on each service's detail page and in the applicable service agreement. Prices shown are the enrollment or service fee for the described scope. We do not guarantee credit score increases, funding, approvals, or specific outcomes.
Where online payment is available, it is processed by our payment processor. For regulated services, a consultation and signed agreement may be required before any fee is collected, and required disclosures and cancellation rights are provided before you commit.
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data that is not yours. SI tools may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Course materials, software, and content are owned by Smarter Choice or its licensors and are provided for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute them without written permission.
The site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not waive any non-waivable consumer rights. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
