Disclosures

Last updated October 12, 2026 · Smarter Choice Investment Holdings LLC

Important disclosures about the nature and limits of our services. These appear alongside related claims throughout the site so they are clear and conspicuous.

Not professional advice

Smarter Choice provides education, consultation, preparation, and permitted administrative assistance. We are not a bank, lender, law firm, tax advisor, or government agency. Legal, tax, trust, asset-protection, and entity-conversion matters require qualified licensed professionals. Educational labeling does not establish any legal or payment-processor exemption.

No guaranteed outcomes

Providers determine eligibility and approve, open, and report accounts under their own terms. We do not guarantee approvals, credit reporting, score increases, or funding. We cannot directly add a bank account to your credit report.

Credit-builder and application assistance

Where included, assistance supports genuine bank-backed accounts in your own name or business name — not purchased authorized-user histories. Account types, quantities, provider terms, deposits, fees, reporting conditions, and timing are confirmed and disclosed before you commit. You complete required identity verification, signatures, and authorizations.

You can dispute inaccuracies yourself

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.

Community commitment

Smarter Choice intends to contribute the majority of participating for-profit companies' net profits to Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation in support of its charitable mission. Purchases are payments for products or services, not charitable donations, and are not represented as tax-deductible contributions. Contributions are made by participating companies. See the Company page for participation and calculation details.

Advertising and referrals

Where we receive referral compensation, we disclose it. Marketing claims are intended to be truthful and substantiated.

These policies are provided for transparency and are subject to ongoing qualified legal review. They do not replace any service agreement or required standalone disclosure, which govern where applicable.
